Glad to receive feedbacks from my former PSLE students that the Setting of Goals message is important and useful to them.
How many of you really set up your Goals at the beginning of the year? It is not difficult to setup goals but the hardest part is always the first step to do something to move the goal forward.
BEGIN now!
Take the first step and get your brain cells alive. For example, if you have set yourself a goal to read a chapter ahead of the class, pick up your textbook NOW, read and highlight the important phrases (like what I’ve taught you in class!). Or if you were to read 2 books a month, go to the library TODAY and start selecting at least 2 books (just in case one of the books is not suitable), borrow them and start reading ten pages NOW.
Do something, get the momentum going….
For those students whom I’ll be seeing this coming Sunday, you will receive a gift from me if you show me the Goals for 2007. See you soon!
